Native was approached by the Forestry Commission to create a campaign that highlighted the evolving role of women in the workforce within the forestry sector.
About the project
We explored the history of women in forestry by capturing the origins of their entry into the sector, highlighting the significant contributions of the Lumberjills during WWII through archival footage and firsthand accounts, and showcasing the diverse roles women hold in the modern workforce.
